circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased credits
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used or partially used
- Reseller access fees after activation
- UIDs that have been successfully added to the system
- Services rendered as described
- Change of mind after purchase
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team via Discord or email
- Provide your transaction ID and account details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Reseller Refund Policy
Reseller access is a one-time fee of 999 INR. Once activated:
- Refunds are not available after bot token configuration
- Refunds may be considered within 24 hours of purchase if no bot has been configured
- Partial refunds are not available
6. Credit Package Refunds
For credit packages:
- Full refund available if credits are unused within 24 hours of purchase
- No refunds for partially used credit packages
- Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- You may escalate the issue to senior management
- Provide additional documentation if available
- Final decisions will be made within 30 days
