1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UID Handler Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UID Handler Pro provides:

• UID management and bypass services
• Credit-based system for UID additions
• Reseller program with unlimited UID capabilities
• Discord bot integration for automated management
• Web-based dashboard for account management

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

Regarding credits and payments:

• Credits are virtual currency used within the platform
• Credit packages are non-transferable between accounts
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways
• Unused credits do not expire unless account is terminated

5. Reseller Program

For reseller accounts:

• Reseller access costs 999 INR (one-time fee)
• Resellers receive unlimited UID addition capabilities
• Resellers must provide their own Discord bot token
• Resellers are responsible for managing their own customer whitelist
• Reseller status may be revoked for violations of these terms
• Resellers must not misrepresent the service or engage in fraudulent activities

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots (except authorized reseller bots)
• Resell or redistribute credits without authorization
• Engage in any activity that harms other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, however:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Service are:

• Protected by copyright and trademark laws
• Owned by UID Handler Pro or our licensors
• Not to be reproduced without explicit permission
• Subject to all applicable intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

UID Handler Pro shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Actions of third parties or external services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue the Service with notice

Users may terminate their account at any time through the dashboard.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We:

• Collect only necessary user information
• Protect your data with industry-standard security
• Do not sell personal information to third parties
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated date
• Effective immediately upon posting
• Communicated to users via email or dashboard notification for major changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
